Brian & Jennnifer are
Missionary Representatives for
MTT Ministries .
They have been serving with this ministry since November 2007.
The Lord has
called them to serve as missionaries with MTT Ministries, a minstry which
supports local churches by leading short term mission trips
that are one to four weeks in length. These mission trips have
assisted in their work of planting churches in sixteen
coutries. This ministry trains young people to serve in the
areas of preaching, teaching Bible lessons, vocal music, hand
chimes, puppets, and passing out tracts through personal
evangelism.
They have a
two-fold burden to serve with this ministry.
1. There is a
great need for young people to be grounded in God’s Word and
to develope a heart for serving the Lord. A recent study
revelals that 70% of our young people in evangelical churches
are graduating form high school and dropping out of church.
2. Missionaries are in great need of help in their
ministries around the world. Mission teams are a tremendous
help to them in assisting them in their church planting
efforts.
Their desire is
to use short term mission trips to mold the next generation
for Christ by providing opportunities of ministry on the
mission field. Their prayer is that they will develop a
passion for Christ and a desire to serve Him with their lives
in whatever He calls them to do.
Financial Support makes possible the Buckley's ministry
with MTT Ministries. They are supported by financial gifts
from churches and individuals. All gifts given through Open Door Baptist Mission are tax deductible and can be
sent directly to the mission board.
